Currently seeking to hire Mid to Senior level TA professionals with solid IT recruitment and strong knowledge of Mexico and Latin America market.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements- Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval- This position has no supervisor responsibilitiesRole Proficiency:Responsible for medium-sized or large-scale recruiting. Coordinate and carry out recruiting activities assuring the right quality of talent by maintaining a network of relationships with the business units and other stakeholders. Work as an individual contributor with mínimal supervisionOutcomes:- Understand job requisition and skills requirements within area of responsibility to optimize searchable skills and refine sourcing channels- Manage end to end life cycle of recruiting process from screening scheduling to onboarding
