ALTEN Mexico provides a comprehensive range of engineering services, including concept development, design, product development, and implementation.We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team.As a Senior Recruiter at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for engineering and technology roles.
You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
This role involves not only sourcing and attracting talent but also mentoring and supporting junior recruiters in their efforts.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptionsSourcing candidates from various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConducting thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fitManaging the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experienceBuilding and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needsProviding mentorship and training to junior recruitment staffTracking recruitment metrics and reporting on progress to managementStaying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentTo be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialized roleStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in engineering and technologyProven ability to source and attract qualified candidates effectivelyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated experience in managing the recruitment process independentlyStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsFluency in English is highly preferredExperience in engineering or technology recruitment is a strong advantageAdditional Information:Benefits higher than those required by lawProfessional growth and development opportunities (both in Mexico, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Spain)Indeterminate ContractHybrid work scheme#J-18808-Ljbffr
