We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team.
As a Senior Recruiter at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for engineering and technology roles.
You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
This role involves not only sourcing and attracting talent but also mentoring and supporting junior recruiters in their efforts.
Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions - Sourcing candidates from various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks - Conducting thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience - Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs - Providing mentorship and training to junior recruitment staff - Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on progress to management - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field •5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialized role •Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in engineering and technology •Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates effectively •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Demonstrated experience in managing the recruitment process independently •Strong organizational and time management abilities •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment •Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems •Fluency in English is highly preferred •Experience in engineering or technology recruitment is a strong advantage Benefits • Benefits higher than those required by law • Professional growth and development (Both in Mexico, Canada and Europe as well as the United Kingdom, Spain) • Indeterminate Contract • Hybrid scheme
