**This role is available to highly experienced remote workers located in LATAM.
You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
****YOUR ROLE****SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE**- Hiring the absolute best talent ensuring the hiring team keeps a high bar by using scorecards- Creating target lists of top companies in LATAM and curating prospecting lists ahead of our hiring needs**IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS, YOU WILL**- Onboard and deep dive into all things Launch Potato.
You'll have a plan that takes you through your first week, second week, short-term goals, and long-term goals- Meet your core team, and align expectations with your manager- Rapidly begin learning about Launch Potato's history, culture, and vision.- Finish all LinkedIn learning courses & reading materials with a summary of key takeaways**IN THE FIRST 60-90 DAYS, YOU WILL**- Define/refine metrics to ensure we are sourcing and hiring the absolute best talent**IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL**- Complete process and training summaries, have a baseline of metrics across all systems, and a list of optimizations with action plans- Have 50% of hires coming from outbound sourcing- Stabilize and adapt Talent strategies and processes to accommodate company expansion- Identify trends in hiring backgrounds and performance scores to identify the ideal person for every role**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**- Fluent in English, both written and verbal- Ability and energy to be on multiple zoom calls per day must have a strong internet connection- At least 4 years full-cycle recruiting experience from outreach to close focused on the LATAM market- A major focus of your hires comes from cold outreach i.E., LinkedIn or similar platforms- At least 1 year of creating and managing a pipeline of top talent through internal referrals and leveraging the team's professional networks- Success in a metrics-driven environment and in developing methods to exceed expectations- Passion and expertise in talent acquisition techniques, including social selling and strategic sourcing- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environments- Self-motivated, directed, with a hustle mentality, you don't give up- Curiosity, you always want to understand more, reaching out to team members at all levels to learnNice to have:- Experience managing and budgeting for ad dollars / media platformsFrom Day One, we've been committed to having a diverse, inclusive team and culture
