We are driven by a common purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities, and the environment.**JOB SUMMARY**To provide regional Human Resources leadership and support an organization that can consistently exceeds business objectives through the effective deployment of effective HR strategy, systems, policies, tools and practices that are align with Company strategy and culture.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Secure/Command Sr. Leadership accountability with other senior regional leaders- Develop strong relationships and work closely with the business leaders and HR Managers in the region for timely, relevant and value adding delivery of HR service.- Drive consistency of HR practices across all sites, in relation to Jabil and to leverage the sharing of best practices wherever possible- Ensure key recruitment and on-boarding processes, systems, procedures and tools are in place and working smoothly across all sites in the region.- Lead M&A and Greenfield efforts from HR perspective.- Collaborate with the regional Compensation & Benefits team to align Jabil compensation and benefits program to ensure they support a pay-for-performance culture, effective business growth and are competitive in the market/industry in which Jabil is competing- Collaborate with other departments, to help drive a series of employee relation and communication initiatives that foster communication and exchange between management and employees- Conduct ongoing reviews of Company policies and procedures on HR Management- Lead JEDII efforts - curriculum, operations, and strategy with JEDII Director- Formulate and introduce new practices, processes, tools and procedures applicable across the region where relevant and feasible- Keep abreast of broad internal and external labor related legislation and policy changes and to ensure all sites are in compliance
