LHR Americas recruit people from around the world to work in Saudi Arabia.**Who are we looking for?****:- Leading a team to drive the risk management governance & assurance for the Strategic growth initiatives and functions ensuring that effective mitigations are in place.- Accelerate risk exercises for SBUs, Corporate functions and Growth projects in line with our client's enterprise risk management framework to support the Strategic Growth readiness assessment, design and execution stages.- Work with all of their leaders globally in the creation, implementation and monitoring of risk mitigation plans for Strategic Growth to ensure that the SBUs are well-prepared for a major adverse or favorable event taking place in its internal or external environment.- Responsible for EBIT Risk Modelling Process in Strategic Growth, challenging the initiative business cases based on quantifying the risks to achieve the strategy by engaging with internal stakeholders.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**: Minimum Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.**Experience**: 10+years of professional experience in industrial firms - energy, manufacturing, chemicals, utilities, or banks.**Job Specific Skills**: ISO-31000; Project management standards PMI; COSO Framework.**Dutiesand **responsibilities**:- Aggregating project risks across the portfolio and regions to give holistic views on risks and their implications to RM Director- Monitoring the adequacy and effectiveness of project risk response actions, accuracy and completeness of project reporting and advice on timely remediation of deficiencies
