We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with proficiency in Ruby and Kotlin.
While expertise in both languages is not required, the candidate should possess significant programming experience and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend systems and applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby and Kotlin.
- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of the software.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements :
- At least 8 years of experience in development roles
- Proven experience as a backend developer, with expertise in Ruby, Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Spring MVC, or similar.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly.
- Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
