Job Description We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative with at least 3 year of experience and a proven track record of booking high-quality meetings while building a strong sales pipeline.
Your role will focus on outbound prospecting, connecting with event attendees , and key decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and creative Outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify a nd connect with decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
Craft and implement high-converting Outreach sequences (emails, calls, LinkedIn) tailored to the target audience.
Leverage tools like Apollo to build targeted prospect lists and ensure precise Outreach campaigns.
Book and schedule qualified meetings before the event with a focus on quality over quantity.
Maintain a consistent volume of outbound activities—cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging—to meet and exceed KPIs.
Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage Outreach activities, track interactions, and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of SaaS sales processes to effectively position solutions and address client needs.
Consult and collaborate with the sales team to understand ideal client profiles and refine Outreach strategies.
Continuously optimize Outreach sequences and messaging to improve response rates and engagement.
