**Description**

Responsible to promote Eaton Bussmann electrical circuit protection products and solutions for existing customers while identifying new potential customers in his/her assigned territory.
Accountable to develop proposals and the assessment of customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products or solutions.
In addition, the Senior Representative Field Sales customizes products in order to meet customer requirements and specifications and provide technical support to his/her customers before, during, and after the sales cycle (troubleshooting, technical issues, field support, etc.).

**Qualifications**

Build effective business relationships with external customers.

Elaborate customer visit agenda and make the report out.
c. Obtain, keep and maintain customers' contact information (Purchasing, Engineering, MRO, etc).
d. Provide training to customers, distributors, resellers, and end users.
e. Review distributors inventory levels and suggests action plans.
f. Provide support to internal customers to solve any issue related with the assigned accounts.
g. Support distributors´ salesforce during visits to engineering firms, contractors, OEM´s, EPC´s, home constructors, MRO´s, and third party construction companies (offices, schools, malls, hospitals, etc.)
h. Work on technical specification with engineering firms, contractors, OEM´s, EPC´s, home constructors, MRO´s, government and third party construction companies (offices, schools, malls, hospitals, etc.).

Supply all the requirements to get the job done (samples, catalogs, POP materials, data sheets, concept catalogs, etc.).

Get Voice Of the Customer (VOC) feedback to contribute to the roadmap process.
k. Report out all the competitor's initiative to support business/market intelligence.
l. Develop projects with end users and key distributors and update records C360 CRM system.
m. Self-motivated to achieve sales budget every month.
n. Forecast accuracy

Use the information and tools provided to stablish the strategy for business review

p. Develop sales specialists with key distributors.
q.
Continue follow up of projects and back orders from distributors.
r. Obtain, keep and maintain customers' contact information (Purchasing, Accounts payable, Warehouse, Planning, Operations, Staff, etc.).
s. Support the assigned accounts and develop relationships with new accounts, (resale, end user, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
A similar degree in Engineering is also acceptable.
Previous experience in sales, good communication, and presentation skills are required for the job.
Also, experience in electrical specification or engineering design is desirable."
