Danfoss is looking for an energy-efficiency minded Senior Sales Engineer to develop and manage our sales. The preferred candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level as a true partner to our customers.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Extract and analyze reports and statistics of the main performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, control inventory numbers, overdue invoice volume and purchases, seeking to achieve business goals.Manage selected client portfolio with high strategic potential under coordination and with commercial autonomy.Prepare and send sales proposals according to customer needs.Develop and support products in the market, through contact with new clients and end users of the solutions, participation in specialized fairs, validation and making presentations to clients.Update CRM and pipeline with activities and opportunities continuously, seeking to maintain sales information in real time, so that it can serve as a database for the extraction of KPIs.Minimum QualificationsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills:
At least a bachelor's degree in business; engineering preferred, and have outstanding communication and business acumen.Sales experience stemming from a technical background.Understanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management and HVACR industries.Ability to collaborate with others in a matrix organization.Advanced English proficiency.Employee BenefitsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
