In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners and be a channel expert to various stakeholders, including Enablement, Finance, Marketing and Sales Operations, and provide support as needed to drive the productivity of WW partner programs.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.Manage various email inboxes for Channel teamOwn the Partners inbox, and AmerPartners for Channel, communicating dailyServe as first point of contact for partners and internal team inquiriesManagement and administration of StrongBox ProgramTroubleshoot access issuesOversee Strongbox email alias and assign licenses to various global partners and ensure we only grant access to those who meet the program's requirementsManage the users/accounts who are security riskOversee various tasks to improve channel program efficienciesDistribute Letters of Authorization and other partner verifications, as neededAssist with Partner Central contact setupAssist with ad-hoc channel projects, and admin work, as neededPerforms other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesHigh level of communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-taskStrong project management skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree required3+ years prior related work experienceExperience successfully working cross functionally with sales and other teamsExperience with SFDC or PRM or other sales tools preferred, but not requiredPrevious work in a high-tech environment or channel sales is highly desirablePhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentDuties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data center, or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.F5 Networks, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and strongly supports diversity in the workplace.The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job
