We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Salesforce and has a great track record of success in helping to drive business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its potential to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.Additionally, this role will work closely with product owners, software developers, and business stakeholders to help drive business objectives, troubleshoot and solve complex problems.This is a hybrid position with the expectation of coming into the Mexico City office at least once a month but subject to change.

Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.Define, gather, and consolidate user stories identified during release planning.Configure Salesforce and deliver out-of-box solutions (declarative solutions e.G.
flows, non-apex functionality; but can understand apexas needed).Support and foster the Agile development methodologyDefine Definition of Ready, Definition of Done and how your work fits into those definitionsEnsure accurate and comprehensive documentation of systems, their respective integration dependencies as well as system/software dependenciesSkills & Experience6+ years of relevant work experience at a high-growth, technology organization, preferably cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery5+ years of experience as a business analyst providing technical support for Salesforce CRMComprehensive Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service CloudSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business AnalystExperience leveraging Salesforce to empower sales and operational excellenceExperience eliciting and interpreting business and user requirements and providing IT solutions in a Business Analyst roleDemonstrated analytical skills breaking down system and process problems and ability to partner with business users on recommend solutionsExperience conducting and leading business requirement gathering sessions, decomposing abstract ideas into details, and identifying and communicating risksDemonstrated experience in working within an Agile team in a fast paced, technically challenging environmentExcellent organizational, problem solving, troubleshooting, time management, oral and written communication skills #LI-Hybrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
