Position Summary6sense is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce and its potential to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.This role will work closely with product owners, software developers, and business stakeholders to help drive business objectives, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems.ResponsibilitiesContribute to technology projects and initiatives that support, expand, and manage our global technology capabilities at 6sense.Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with product owners, software developers, business users, and stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, analyze solutions, and ensure they meet business needs. Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.Define, gather, and consolidate user stories identified during release planning.Configure Salesforce and deliver out-of-box solutions (declarative solutions e.G. flows, non-apex functionality; but can understand apexas needed).Support and foster the Agile development methodology.Define Definition of Ready, Definition of Done and how your work fits into those definitions.Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of systems, their respective integration dependencies as well as system/software dependencies.Skills & Experience6+ years of relevant work experience at a high-growth, technology organization, preferably cloud-based (SaaS) product delivery.5+ years of experience as a business analyst providing technical support for Salesforce CRM.Comprehensive Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud.Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.Experience leveraging Salesforce to empower sales and operational excellence.Experience eliciting and interpreting business and user requirements and providing IT solutions in a Business Analyst role.Demonstrated analytical skills breaking down system and process problems and ability to partner with business users on recommend solutions.Experience conducting and leading business requirement gathering sessions, decomposing abstract ideas into details, and identifying and communicating risks.Demonstrated experience in working within an Agile team in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, time management, oral and written communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
