We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together can change the way the world communicates._- Please access _Privacy Notice for Mexico_ for important information on personal data and electronic communications._**Responsibilities**:- Primary technical support for SAP EC Payroll Mexico.- Configure and develop SAP Payroll within prescribed SAP guidelines in support of regulatory and business requirements.- Work closely with functional teams (HR and Payroll) to understand and transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solutions.- Coordinate with external vendors, project managers, and IT teams to ensure projects and initiatives managed appropriately.- Analyze integration errors, troubleshooting and implement resolutions.- Present solutions and options to leadership, project teams and other stakeholders.- Troubleshoot and advise on processes such as SUA/IMSS, Timbrado/CFDI, FI posting, Infonavit, Fonacot, PTU, Ahorros, Aguinaldo, Annual Tax Adjustments, etc.- Partner with team members and stakeholders working in different time zones in US and international countries.- Drive technical conversations with vendors as well as internal and external development teams.- Create and lead the execution of test strategy between HR and Payroll.- Document new requirements to work with business and AMS support team.**Experience and Skills**:- Solid understanding of the SAP HR & Payroll modules- Experience with configuration of wage types, schemas, rules, etc.- Understanding of fiscal, legal and administration functions of Mexican payroll (SUA/IMSS, Timbrado/CFDI, FI posting, Infonavit, Fonacot, PTU, Ahorros, Aguinaldo, Annual Tax Adjustments, etc.)- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and good interpersonal skills- Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.- Experience with creating technical specifications from business requirements and functional design documents.- Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms.- Strong customer service skills which include an in-depth understanding of customer business processes and needs.- Understanding of Employee Lifecyle, Payroll and Benefits Business processes.- Experience with SAP report generation
