.Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a solid background in business process optimization and IT solutions deployment to join our team as a Supply Chain Sourcing/Procurement IT Solutions Deployment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrated IT solutions for our supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing supply chain processes with special focus on Sourcing & Procurement to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.IT Solutions Deployment: Lead the deployment of Sourcing and Procurement IT solutions tailored to enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility within the supply chain. Coordinate with IT vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation within established timelines and budgets.System Integration: Oversee the integration of new IT systems with existing infrastructure and applications. Understand the existing application(s) processes for Direct and Indirect procurement. Develop and execute integration plans, conduct testing, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across the supply chain network.Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to minimize disruptions and maximize user adoption of new IT solutions. Provide training and support to end-users, create documentation, and communicate effectively to promote understanding and acceptance of changes.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and IT systems performance. Proactively identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.Risk Management: Assess risks associated with IT solutions deployment and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments, including supply chain management, IT, logistics, and finance to align IT initiatives with business objectives and priorities.Qualifications:Experience with SAP MM module (PP and WM is a plus) and procurement to pay (P2P) end to end step processes.Knowledge about Procurement master data maintenance (vendor master, material master, price list, source list, etc.)Experience with Planning touch points - MRP, MPS, Inventory strategies and coverage profile.Experience in project management, project deployment, new processes, or business implementation would be a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field
