You will work with the business owner and product team to turn the vision for new products into clear stories and requirements, with developers and QA analysts to produce the software, and with Operations to manage regular deployments of software releases. You will jump in and contribute where the Team has needs, whether it be removing impediments, writing documentation, analyzing requirements, supplemental testing, or adding value in your own, unique way. They will be participating in enforcing the rules of Scrum, removing impediments from their teams while promoting self-management, and constantly improving our standards of work.Essential DutiesOverallIs a subject matter expert on Scrum and Agile practices with the ability to train non-Agile team members on best practices.Must be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks as delegated.Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.Communicate with other management, developers, product managers, and technical support specialists on product issues.Must be a team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment.Supporting the Development teamOrganize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.Maintain process documentation.Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.Assist in the estimation of project resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
