As a SailPoint Developer in Micron's Identity and Access Management Team, you will be at the forefront of implementing, managing, and optimizing SailPoint's identity governance solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and efficient user access across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.Perform custom development and configure SailPoint to meet business requirements.Integrate SailPoint with existing IT infrastructure and applications.Configure IAG platform connectors, schema, workflows, user interface and enterprise roles as needed to enable use cases / user stories developed by Product Management team.Configure and customize IAG reports to meet business needs.Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.Perform preventive maintenance and patching from product vendor.Conduct DR and performance (load, stress and endurance) testing.Develop test harness for repeatable testing and quality.Conduct functional smoke testing as part of ongoing preventive maintenance.Onboard source and target business systems to IAG platform via REST, SOAP, flat file and database connections through Application Factory model.Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, connector, interface and reporting issues as they arise.Proactively monitor IAG platform, source and target integrations for issues before and as they arise, including data consistency and connectivity.Develop and maintain runbooks for day-to-day operations of IGA platform.Develop necessary business processes and actively maintain process documentation.Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions. Collaborate with security leadership to improve operations and implement industry best practices.Build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other business partners.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's/ master's degree in information security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications/professional experience. Related disciplines considered.Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management.Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.Hands-on experience with IAG platforms (SailPoint preferred).Experience working with development language - Java.Experience working with design and architect solutions within SailPoint IIQ.Technical understanding of IAG capabilities, intersection with other cyber security domains, products, vendors and industry practices.Integrate IAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure.Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.Provide support and training to end-users on IAM-related issues.Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Demonstrated partnership and collaboration, willingness to assist others, and skilled at building strong peer relationships.Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.Comfortable working in dynamic situations, and able to deliver on commitments, even while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.Preference given to qualified candidates who possess the following additional skills: Common identity stores – AD, LDAP, Entra ID.Microsoft SQL Server – performing complex queries, extracting and manipulating data.Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, ServiceNow and SharePoint.Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or other automation or scripting tools.Note: The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
