**Responsabilidades**:- Be one of lead developers and administrators for DSCS team.- Oversight for incident and request management for DSCS in ServiceNow (process, KPIs, escalations,...).- Analyze and understand business logic/requirements to transform into IT systems specifications.- Design and implement automated workflows, sites, lists, webpages in Sharpoint and related technologies (Nintex, Power Apps, Power Automate).- Support the complex Secured SharePoint envionment that contains sentive personal and intellectual propoerty data. Understand and further develop security measures that protect the envionment.- Plan and execute migration of SharePoint farms and content, e.G. in M&A scenarios (Sharegate).- Develop standards, governance and support models for new technical capabilities, ensure correct implementation for target audiences.- Provide expertise regarding technical capabilities and solution support.- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in software development and ECM.- Lead developer teams on enhancements or projects.- Promote a customer service focus within the DSCS team to perform at or above the service level agreements.Competencias:Required:- Proven expert for Sharepoint platform administration and development (SPFX)- Proven expert in developing automated workflows and customized solutions (UI/UX design, Nintex, Power Apps, Power Automate,...).- Expert in business requirements analysis and understanding business processes.- Master common program languages for web and mobile solutions (C#, ASP.NET, REST API, JSON, Java Script, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, MS.Net)- Competent in Office 365 platform and the Microsoft ecosystem technolgoies.- Expertise in migrating SharePoint environments with ShareGate.- Competent in in project and vendor management.- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (DevOps).Desired:- Experience with records management (classifications, labeling, retention).- Vendor Management experience.- Understanding of the ITSM with ITIL.- Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.- Knowledge of project managagement principles.- Knowledge of the functions, operation and mission of the IT department with an emphasis on end user's experience.- Understanding of the Microsoft Azure technologies and services.- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English a requirement, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Dutch, Portugese, Italian, and/or Chinese a plus).- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team and its members.- Knowledge of basic economic, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices.- Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.- Ability to work effectively across many global locations and cultures- Self-motivated requiring mínimal supervision.- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment with many changes.- Effectively prioritize resources against workload demand.
