.Job DescriptionPlay an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, namely Flow of Finished Goods.
This position is responsible to smooth the daily operations without affecting the plan of the next weeks.What your day will look like:Responsible to train the Shop floors planners in ALL the activities, processes, systems implemented in the area, be a backup in the daily execution if needed.Ensure the execution by shift/hours of the sequence of the production plan of actual week for Pre-Pack, Final pack and Processing area in the shop floor released by the production planners.Lead department & efficiency initiatives for Final pack and Pre-pack.Coordinate requirements towards other areas.Support the manager in the activities related with LCI, IMS and TIP, ensuring to conclude them on time.Build and propose new ways of working based on experience to speed the decision making in the shop floor planning processes through an improvement mentality and using automated tools.Participate actively in the daily operational meetings (huddles) representing shop floor planners' team or the Manager.Drive projects to improve efficiency and capacity utilization in Final pack & Pre-pack.Lead interplant orders & warehouse capacity between buildings.Responsible to ensure the accurate execution of PREACTOR system in the shop floor area, being a key user of the tool.Are you up for the challenge?+5 years of experience in production planning processes including Inventory Analysis.+1-2 years of experience using a digital visualization tool such as Power BI or others.SAP and Excel at advanced level.What's in it for you?Here are some of what to expect:Family Care Leave – We offer enhanced paid leave options for those important times.Insurances – All colleagues are covered by our life and disability insurance which provides protection and peace of mind.Wellbeing – We want you to be your best self, so you'll have access to the Headspace App and lots of wellbeing initiatives and programs run by local teams where you are based.Colleague Discount – We know you'll love to build, so from day 1 you will qualify for our generous colleague discount.Bonus – We do our best work to succeed together.
