We ensure reliability and safety in electricity distribution and provide energy efficiency solutions to help our customers achieve greater productivity while consuming fewer resources.What are we looking for?We are looking for a highly motivated Should Cost leader to contribute to Schneider Electric's cost competitiveness and productivity through analytics tools used in procurement strategies and negotiations. Your focus area will be conducting Should Cost analysis for various Fabricated Components & Raw Material categories for the North America Region.Responsibilities:Manage relationships in a matrix organization and support internal customers' cost analysis globally.Create, lead, and execute Should Cost strategy for production Procurement commodities.Utilize analytic tools to identify productivity opportunities through benchmarking costs.Support supplier negotiations using Should Cost & Clean Sheet analysis.Increase Should Cost and Clean Sheet coverage by Category.Identify and lead gap analysis with Category Management.Increase the use of Should Cost tools and lead training workshops.Primary focus area will be Fabricated Components and Raw Materials.Specific expertise in Should Cost and Clean Sheet for various materials.Qualifications:Self-driven individual with strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills.5-10 years of Strong Should Cost & Methodology analysis experience.Strong Purchasing/Procurement and strategic sourcing background.Cost Structure Expert (Value Add, Raw Material, Labor Rates, Machine Rates, Overhead).Demonstrated Should Cost calculation experience on Fabricated Components and Raw Material categories.Strong Analytical Skills and Excel proficiency for large datasets.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of progressive experience.Familiar with Regression Analysis and basic Machine Learning foundations.Schneider Electric offers a competitive total compensation and benefits package.
