**Automotive & Energy Solutions Engineer, Latin America Region**:
The engineer will be the technical leader in Mexico and Latin America for the electric power train systems for next generation vehicles, renewable and high efficiency devices, such as electrical motors and batteries, automation and IoT.
It is expect a deep technical knowledge and interested in working in the sales area as teamworking.
- Assists the field organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise.
- Is client and product oriented.
- Contributes to sales account planning.
- Participates actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure.
- Owns the deal's technical closure.
- Is knowledgeable of competition and able to identify lockout specification (identify Keysight's competitive advantage over competition).
- Analyzes customer requirements and recommends appropriate solution.
- Is responsible for demos and for enhancing customers' experience and satisfaction.
Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs.
May also contribute to post-sales activities.
- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, third parties
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent university degree in Electrical Engineering or similar fields.
- Typically 4-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Fluent in English.
- Intermediate Portuguese level will be a plus.
- Power Electronics and management systems/devices using test and measurement equipment (power supplies, electronic loads, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, oscillographs, energy meters).
- Versatile Software skills in any of the following programming languages.NET (C#, C++ or VB), C, Matlab, Python or PERL And Labview for use in Keysight Instrument Solutions.
- Knowledge of electrical vehicle charging standards including IEC 61851, ISO 15118, or/and complimentary DIN and SAE set of documents will be a plus
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems and battery tests.
- Knowledge of hardware in the loop embedded systems and automation.
- Be motivated with commercial office dynamics, quota/goal achievements, and team working.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Keep engaged with the continuous study of wireless technologies.
- Sociable and people orientation, including delivering presentations to the audience.
- Requires ability to work independently.
