What's the role?

**Main RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that requisitions, contracts, purchase orders, vendor profile management are processed in compliance with HERE's policies in tools that HERE Technologies are using.
This requires a deep understanding of HERE's ERP purchasing module/Coupa S2P along with contracting, legal, Sourcing policies and accounts payable practices.
- Lead a Sourcing operations team in region, provide coaching and mentoring to Sourcing Specialists, help in resolving complex issues and managing escalations.
- Lead/support innovative business solutions (Catalogues/Webstores) and enhancements to improve S2P process and Internal SLAs.
- Ensure processes and systems are best configured to ensure a user-friendly, efficient, and smooth customer experience, foster/strengthen customer centricity in team's culture.
- Reviewing internal key performance metrics and and providing recommendations for process improvements, fostering Customer Centricity.

- 5+ years in a procurement role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, supply chain, finance, or other information decision sciences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead team members and projects.
- Experienced in PeopleSoft ERP with focus on eProcurement, Coupa experienced or certified is preferred.
- Experience creating, managing, or negotiating contracts.
- Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high-quality outputs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential material.
- Interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively work with all levels of HERE employees.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to continually re-prioritize.
- Capable of managing projects with milestones and providing status updates
- Ability to perform root cause analysis within cross-functional groups
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with English speaking employees

- The role requires incorporating lean practices, identifying opportunities for automation, and staying abreast of current/future sourcing, contracting, accounting, business, legal, and information technology security requirements within a highly innovative culture.
- In addition, he/she will lead/support special projects including but not limited to compliance/audit, and department level purchasing related activities.
- This role directly supports special projects with Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance and Accounts Payable.
- The person will liaise with requesters, internal & cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, maintain documentation.
The person may have to lead/attend audits.
