**Your role at Baxter**
As Senior Specialist IT Architecture & Engineering, you will be part of our IT Solutions Delivery and Platforms organization, responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable IT solutions across the enterprise. You will report to the Senior Manager IT Architecture & Engineering. As a Senior Specialist, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, providing expertise in solution architecture, engineering best practices, and emerging technologies.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop, implement, and manage platform engineering and architecture methodologies and processes across the ERP (JDE), CRM (Salesforce), Mulesoft, Service Now and other technical platforms.
- Develop, implement, and manage actions to enhance our ERP (JDE), CRM (Salesforce), Mulesoft, Service Now and other technical platforms' performance to meet business objectives
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective enterprise platforms that meet business needs and requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with relevant vendors and third-party providers.
- Develop and maintain IT architecture and engineering guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations on improvements to the technology stack.
- Participate in DevOps adoption initiatives and train teams on DevOps methodologies and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to evaluate new system requirements or enhancements
- Promote and facilitate DevOps best practices, including continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment.
**What you'll bring**
- 3+ years of experience in managing the ERP (JDE), CRM (Salesforce), Mulesoft, Service Now technical platforms
- 3+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure management, or IT operations
- Certifications in the above platforms is preferred
- Understanding of industry standard methodologies, such as ITIL, to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective technical solutions
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms especially AWS
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure management tools
- Fluency in English is required
