**Job Role: Sr Specialist Analytic Platforms Support(Power BI, Tableu - Support profiles)**

**Job Requirements**:

- Complete end-to-end ownership of visualization/dash boarding for operations.
- Own dashboards at the team level.
- Knowledge of payroll, taxation, salary management, Tds, etc.
- Prepare quarterly/monthly reports.
- Metrics analysis, dashboard creation, and any ad-hoc data analysis.
- Coordinate between Operations, Policy, Training, and Quality functions
- Receive feedback from the operations floor and ensure the use of metrics in daily operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Formulas) and PowerPoint is required.
- Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros,Micros, Pivot table, V lookup, H Lookup etc.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel w.r.t MIS Reporting, Pivot tables, H lookup, V lookup, Formulas, data entry, maintaining excel sheets.
- Knowledge of Google sheets and Google tools would be added advantage.
- Good / Quick Learner
- Expert in Excel - V lookup, H lookup/ data validation, advance formulas, sorting, duplicates / conditional formatting/ co national formulas/ pivot table / report presentation tools - Excel / Google sheet.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- City, Hgo.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
