Develop plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes._**Duties and Responsibilities**- Leverage a _change management methodology_, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives._- _Support communication efforts_- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications._- _Assess the change impact_- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics.
