**The Position**
The Organon Global Procurement & Supplier Management (GPSM) organization partners with the business to develop and implement innovative and fit for purpose sourcing strategies, external partnerships, and robust supplier management to maximize value for Organon.
To secure continuous alignment and support to our Emerging Market (EM) business-partners, we are creating a role of Sr Specialist, EM Procurement Operations, based in Mexico, Turkey, or Colombia.
The Senior Specialist, EM Procurement Operations - reporting to the Associate Director, EM Procurement Operations Lead - will be responsible to drive Procurement Operations in support of the EM region with focus on the LAMERA countries.
**Responsibilities**
- The execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities
- The operationalization of category-strategies
- The management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs and guided-buying.
- The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets
- The management and improvement of the end-to-end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments)
- The management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due-diligence refreshes
- The execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up.
- The Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure Procurement function continues to be a strategic business partner.
- The monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process
**Required** **Education**, Experience **and** Skills**
- Education: BS in Procurement or Business or Finance or related field.
- 5+ years Procurement working experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Strong market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Strong sourcing and contract
- Management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Stakeholder partnering skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Creative, self-starter and bias for action.
- English & Spanish language fluency.
- Other EM languages fluency is an added advantage but not a requirement.
