Sr. Specialist Hr Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will add value through a deep understanding of internal customers, key employees and business processes. Acting as a strategic partner to their clients and the business.
- Monitoring HR indicators and KPIS, for the development of HR plans and strategies for business improvement.
- Follow up on HR strategies created.
- Direct contact with the client and the plant to identify and implement improvements.
- Follow up to global processes of: Digital HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Culture and/or Talent Management.

**Education/Certifications**:

- Education level Bachelor or above
- More than 2 years' experience in positions related to Human Resources with a strategic and administrative approach.
- Diploma or master's degree in organizational development recommended.
