.**We are looking for a Sr Specialist IT Program Management to be part of the IT Hub NA.****Position Snapshot**- Location: Mexico City- Type of work: Hybrid- Work Language: Fluent Business English**The role**The Sr Specialist must proactively manage ambiguity, anticipate issues, align with program/project goals, project execution, and deliver the expected outcome within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.**What you'll do**- Planning and organizing: Developing a comprehensive project plan, defining objectives, creating a timeline, allocating resources, and establishing clear deliverables.- Team leadership and communication: Building and managing a project team, assigning tasks, facilitating effective communication, and fostering collaboration among team members. Effectively communicate status and concerns at all levels in the organization-with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers.- Risk management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.- Budget and cost control: Monitoring project expenses, tracking budget utilization, and ensuring that the project remains within the allocated budget.- Lead and manage the full E2E lifecycle of a project from initiation to delivery completion**We offer you**We offer more than just a job.
