Specialist, Sales Support:_- _Represent sales order operations within a sales channel and oversee operational processes in support of the channel.- _Responsibilities include account issue resolution, resolving customer billing, and order and account set-up.- _Oversee sales orders and sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of orders.- _Interacts with sales management staff on issues pertaining to account management and may participant on projects on an as needed basis._- _Education: Bachelors degree preferred._- _Experience: Typically 2 or more years of sales support experience_
