Experiência y requisitos

Education and Experience - Mandarin Speaker is a must - BS/MS in Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics, or related engineering fields - Experience in Photovoltaics and/or Semiconductor industry is required, preferably in the technology development environment.
- Experience with developing and reliability testing of materials for module assembly desired.
Qualifications - Above-average communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead technology/quality task force.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams thru effective meeting management.
Demonstrates analytical thinking and challenges others' opinions by speaking up.
- Computer/software knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Office tools, statistical analysis of data (e.g.
JMP), and Xcel macros.
- Customer-orientation skills - Project management skills.
- Self-management skills.
- Be willing to travel (internationally) for business trips with short notice.
- Others: Displays passion for learning/discovering new things and knows how to bring positive energy into the team thru superior interpersonal skills.
