Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr.
Stamping Engineer.
**What you'll do**:**Job Summary****Responsibilities**:Leading RWD manufacturing sites on world class manufacturing & productivity improvementsBecomes Monterrey plant SME for fabrication and stamping operations.Cognizant of stamping operations across RWD and suppliers; leads technology roadmap for process developmentMaintains awareness of leading process and material technologies and trends and applicability to RWD regarding StampingEstablishes and provides design for manufacturing guidelines to support new product development and or process improvements for VAVE eventsLeads value engineering, DOE, VAVE events to improve cost, quality and performanceMaintains tooling design standards for not internal and external operationsDevelops and maintains skills requirements for stamping / fabrication staff across the divisionCoordinate and help implementing best practices between facilitiesManage capital and expense spending for assigned projectsPrepare financial justification for projects in support of CAR analysis"**Qualifications**:**Education level required**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
**Years and area of experience required**- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading people"**Skills**:**Technical knowledge**- Expertise in materials, tools, machines and approaches for different fabrication and stamping technologies- Technical Master Degree Preferred- Lean Six Sigma and/or continuous improvement experience- Fluent in English"**Soft Skills**- Teamwork, Focus on People and Influence- Strong problem-solving skills.- Results orientation / Strong Sense of Urgency.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality."We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
