**Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity**:Lead a team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists that will establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business Leadership for your assigned commodity / category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
You will have responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for specific product lines, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering, Component Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination.
You will lead the team that will manage projects to transition components between suppliers coordinating all functions involved in the process.
You will be managing several projects in dynamic and global environment.
You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**- Team Leader of CE specialists team- POC for Project Direct Material business for all Procurement related questions and challenges- Provides and execute Procurement leadership, expertise, and best value solutions to the organization- Coordinate supplier transition projects with cross functional teams and supplier.
Majority of cross functional teams and suppliers are global.- Prioritize projects based on risk/value assessment- Works directly with suppliers to assist them in effectively managing the transition in the required timeframes- Lead and drive constraint reviews and priorities- Proactive elimination of risks / issues that causes project delays- Establishes, develops, implements key metrics, and standardized reporting to enable continuous monitoring against business goals- Address conflicts within supply constraints i.E
