This role provides high level strategic thinking to complicated projects, connecting consumer and marketplace trends to guide executive team's strategy and actions.ResponsibilitiesProvides high level strategic thinking on complicated and ambiguous projects that address most critical challenges facing the company.Delivers strategic analyses through storylines that connect consumer behavior with marketplace trends to drive internal and external communication.Partners with Executive Leadership Teams to tie key priorities and initiatives into strategic projects that drive strategy and actions.Leads high-performing, cross-functional teams that deliver customized, forward-focused, and integrated analytical capabilities.Delivers communications with clear, concise, and actionable recommendations that resonate with executives and influences strategic decision-making.Elevates external partners performance and impact through strong vendor management abilities.Coaches and develops internal employees and external partners.Reporting RelationshipThis position reports directly to the Sr Director of Analytics.Qualifications10+ years of experience in an analytic position, preferably in the Alcohol Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods.Deep understanding of strategic frameworks and analytic techniques.Proactive solving of complex issues that are ambiguously defined with incomplete information.Strong understanding of drivers of marketplace trends, including expertise with syndicated data to perform quantitative analysis of scanner, panel, and depletions data.Expertise in translating results from advanced analytic modeling and analyses into insights and actionable recommendations.Prioritizes work to balance rigor and effectiveness of the team.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences, and producing high-quality deliverables to drive business decisions.High degree of critical thinking and flexibility.Bachelor's degree (MBA Preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Passionate for driving insights and applying to the fast-moving alcohol industry.Physical Requirements/Work EnvironmentSee Physical Requirement MatrixLocationField Office - IL - Cook/Lake/McHenry/Dupage/Kane/Kendall/Will/Grundy/DekalbAdditional LocationsJob TypeFull timeJob AreaCommunicationsThe salary range for this role is: $127,500.00 - $203,600
