**Responsabilidades**:**Job Description and Responsibility**:The Sr Success Factors Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to various stakeholders internally within the organization. This role partners with vendors, contractors, peers, and business leaders to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives.- Designs, Develops, Implements, and Supports SuccessFactors configuration for Employee Central, Goals, Performance, Succession, Learning, and Onboarding.- Develops and executes plans to deliver the business solution(s) to meet HR stakeholder needs- Collaborates with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges- Implements new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion- Drafts statistical reports that assist in decision support.- Manages and resolve technical difficulties- Understands stakeholder pain points and collaborate to proposes potential design changes and new solutions- Proactively identifies solutions focused on improving productivity and collaborating on developing the business case- Is accountable to our stakeholders for delivery of all IT services- Serves as first point of escalation for all IT related customer issues- Adheres to defined governance.Competencias:**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:- Strong functional knowledge (Implementing and Postproduction Support) of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance Management, Succession, Learning Management System, and Onboarding- Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors security and provisioning.- Strong understanding of Human Resources lifecycle (recruiting/onboarding, payroll, career planning/development, off boarding, etc.- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SuccessFactors Integration Suite, SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP BTP and CPI.- Must have the ability to listen to the needs of the business, build rapport and partner strategically with various stakeholders, leadership, and functional teams.- Must have excellent communication skills orally, written, and in presentations- Experienced in generating and maintaining technical documentation.- End to end experience in Implementations (planning & scoping, requirements gathering, build /configuration, testing, cutover, go-live support- Knowledge of best practices for interface development and experience recommending and implementing these best practices.**Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:- Has skills & ability to manage multiple and competing priorities- Possesses courage, energy & the drive to finish projects and/or deliver solutions- Ability to work with diverse teams with varying skill levels- Organized and strong attention to detail**Required years experience**:- 7+ years SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent Modules experience**Required education**:Bachelor's Degree required
