.**_What Supplier Quality contributes to Cardinal Health_**Quality develops and implements quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.Supplier Quality is responsible for managing external suppliers throughout the product lifecycle, including evaluating and qualifying suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, auditing supplier's quality management system to applicable regulations and quality standards, providing metrics, and addressing quality and regulatory issues.Sr. Specialist Supplier Quality will be:- Liaising with Suppliers and Cardinal Health Supplier Quality Engineers for diverse projects.- Engage and collaborate with diverse departments to ensure Quality management system compliance.- Leading the monitoring and execution of Supplier Quality Agreements with all approved finished good vendors.- Ensuring all supplier qualification and monitoring files are available and current.- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to the Supplier Quality Management System and all applicable regulations and standards.**_ Location_**- Position is remotely based.**_Qualifications_**- 2-5 years of experience in Quality or Supplier Quality for Medical device manufacturing companies.- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field- English and Spanish Proficiency- Proficiency with Microsoft Office® and project management systems,- Experience with quality information systems such as Veeva, Agile, Smartsolve.- Experience in establishing Quality Agreements is highly preferred.**_ Accountabilities_**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive clear alignment of company and department goals.- Ability to multi-task effectively, navigate competing schedules, and prioritize your workload appropriately.- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.- Organized and resourceful with excellent attention to detail and ability to execute on assigned project plans.- Commitment to work within the ethos of the company mission, code of conduct and applicable legal standards/regulations.**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve- Applies judgment within defined parameters- Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects- Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
