Position Summary
Provide detailed analytics support and guidance on Global and Regional Capacity, Cost Analysis, and Organizational Planning.
Provide ad-hoc analysis based on requests of various business partners.
Partner with IT in developing, identifying, cleansing, and analyzing data from various Edgewell systems.
This position works closely with the Operations & Supply Chain in support Sourcing Strategy.
Essential Functions
Prepare monthly Global Capacity review analysis.
Coordinate monthly production capacity planning values updates with regional supply chain teammates.
Optimize Global Capacity reporting through the use of various BI tools (e.g.
Microsoft Power BI).
Act as a support liaison between IT and Operations to create cross functionally aligned systems and processes
Work cross functionally with others to create and refine tools to bring about process improvements and support standard company practices
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Engineering, Finance or Business.
**Functional experience in SAP Modules**: Materials Management, Production Planning & FICO.
Data Mining - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Data Models, and External Data Sources
**Proficient with Microsoft Office**: Excel (advanced level), Word, Access, and Power Point
Analytical Skills - Calculations, Formulas, and Data Representation
Analytical Curiosity - Comfortable with and enjoys working in very detailed, data intense environment
Strong interpersonal and business communication skills - both written and verbal
