Since the world's first modern electric car, our tech has been at the forefront, and today we're a top 100 global automotive supplier with a commanding 41% market share.Roles and Responsibilities:- Monitors customer satisfaction and implement immediate solutions.- Assists customer with quality concerns and negotiates nonconformance issues.- Ensures compliance with IATF, Customer Specific Requirements, Ampure's procedures and other applicable standards.- Provides thorough analysis of product problems occurring between part supplier and final customer, including customer warranty.- Proposes corrective actions, pursues necessary changes, and verifies effectiveness of changes.- Prioritizes workload on the basis of severity and degree of customer dissatisfaction.- Informs management of problem status and resolution progress.- Participates in continuous improvement activities. PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)- Maintains Controls Plans, Control Cards, and other process documentation.- Responsible for PPAP packages to customers- Responsible for Product Validation of components and assemblies- Monitors effectiveness of quality assurance systems, including gauging and equipment- Participates in training to enhance skills.- Performs all duties in a professional, ethical, and legal manner.- Knowledge of the following: Metrology, Coordinate Measuring Machines, Statistical Process Control. GD&T, Class-A surface requirements, TS16949 Technical Specification- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.- Ability to perform process capability and machine capability studies.- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.**Required Skills**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field - (Mechanical, Systems, Process).- SR-5 years quality-related experience in a manufacturing environment.- Certified Quality Engineer preferred.- Evaluates test samples and approves PPAP submissions.- Determines supplier requirements including level of inspection and certification.- Approves gauging and inspection.- Initiates process changes to improve quality or reduce cost.- Mentoring and train others previous experience.- Develop process and improvements.- Create and implement standards operating procedures- Electronics experience is preferred
