Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop planning strategies
- Review production plans vs material availability
- Project collaboration
- Document material for processes
- Inventory reconciliation and management
- Recommend improvements
- Ensures the appropriate inventory is ordered on time and is of the appropriate volume.
- Review forecast inventory needs and align purchases requisitions to meet customer required service levels.
- Manage corrective action process and escalate to Strategic Sourcing Manager as appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain on-going management reports
- Provide impact analyses when needed due to shortages
- Proactively flag potential issues, and come with gap closing proposals to mitigate
- Evaluating new release demand
- Analyze inventory to create proposal for destruction of excess and obsolete goods.
- Participate in inventory reduction and cost savings initiatives.
- Use software to monitor demand and inventory levels
- Analyze inventory data
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineer, Digital Systems, Logistics Engineer and relevant
- English: Advanced level
- Experience in demand, supply, and asset planning
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Inventory Management skills
