Supply Planning Leader**
Implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning within Honeywell SPS to ensure correct supply levels for operation.
You are responsible to resolve material related fulfillment issues due to supply based problems, inventory errors, or demand changes.
You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, sourcing, logistics, finance, operations, and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive customer delivery performance to supply both external and internal customers
- Own supply planning function within SIOP (near/mid/long-term) for internal Honeywell facilities or 3rd Party Suppliers as assigned
- Partner with demand planning to understand complete unconstrained consensus demand
- Develop and manage constrained supply plans; including both current and proactive projections of stock unavailability.
Proactively communicate and escalate with operations, procurement customer service and sourcing to counter identified constraints.
- Manage stock attainment to ensure Make-to-Stock fulfillment readiness
- Ensure timely material ordering (internal stock orders / external supplier purchases) and management of schedule changes
- Optimize inventory across multiple stocking locations; balancing working capital investment with fulfillment service levels.
- Manage plan for every part (PFEP).
Ensure corresponding ERP data accuracy of item master parameters / settings.
- Forecast inventory levels and drive projects to meet working capital commitments.
- Manage planning to support cost effective logistics (balance delivery performance with logistics expense)
- Provide data and analysis to both solve material related problems and drive continuous process improvement.
- Determine and develop timely data metrics & results reporting to match the format of the business requirements
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning (including use of MRP/ERP systems)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a matrix environment over multiple sites
- Experience creating / owning a constrained supply plan (SIOP)
- Proving experience improving customer delivery performance & inventory optimization

- Experience with materials requirements planning
- Experience in manufacturing planning (including constrained master scheduling)

Knowledge of Six Sigma, Green Belt,
Lean preferred.
- Maintain awareness of data performance metrics & statistics
- Proficient in Excel (knowledge of pivot tables)
- Experience with MS-Access

- Experience with Rapid Response
- Ability to work independently and take direction from others
- Ability to work effectively in teams that include members in various geographic locations/timezones
- Established skills and experience in Materials Management, SIOP Process Skills & Awareness
- Business Objects/Business Intelligence/Business Explorer Tools: Analyzer, Query & Report Designer experience desirable
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes and work with stakeholders to effectively implement them across the business
