An HR business partner (HRBP) is a human resources professional who helps align an organization's people strategy with their business strategy. They 'partner' with senior leadership through specialized knowledge that helps create policies and programs in line with an organization's goals and objectives. Supervises team of entry to intermediate level HR professionals or supervisors of HR Support employees, setting day-to-day goals and objectives. Responsible for administration of human resources plans and programs to ensure the efficient operations of an assigned business unit or department. Role Responsibilities Plans and establishes goals and objectives for team members that administer human resources plans and programs to ensure the efficient operations of an assigned business unit or department. Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs, ensuring the understanding of employees and business clients. Monitors personnel budgets and identifies areas of non-alignment with overall HR budgets. Improves effectiveness of employee engagement activities, with a focus on increasing retention rates. Performs and directs staffing duties; dispute mediation, employee dismissals, and administers disciplinary procedures to ensure that human resource management is conducted effectively and fairly. Requirements Bachelor's degree - Master's degree (desirable). 5 years of experience in the area. Proficient in English - Business conversations.
