Sr. Systems Engineer It - Oracle Cloud Hcm/Payroll

**The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for ongoing support, maintenance, debugging and enhancements for one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Provide expert level knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM configurations, data extractions, data updates and fast formulas.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to build complex data extraction processes using SQL and the Oracle Cloud integration tools.

**Ability to analyze complex issues or business requirements and produce detailed technical design specifications while following company standards.
Functional expertise in the HR and Payroll areas and the ability to tie business requirements to system functionality.
Collaborate with architects and technical leads on design decisions and direction.
Document interface architecture and plans for implementation with customer/vendors.

**Experience in supporting daily process schedules and ability to research and resolve technical issues quickly.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and experience with data extractions, transformations and integrations with internal and external parties.

**Required**
- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field**
- **2+ years of experience Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll or 5+ years PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS HCM/Payroll, Taleo experience a plus**
- **Fluent in speaking both Spanish and English**
- **Experience deploying capabilities for large service-driven organizations**
- **Strong communication skills along with a team-oriented attitude
