**SUMMARY**:We are looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Specialist who'd be passionate to join AutoZone's Retail Acceleration program on a mission to evolve technology within our 6k + retail locations.
You will provide strategic guidance to teams in ways that promote the company's culture.Our Scrum Masters naturally need to excel at stakeholder communication, it's important to stress that your work here will greatly affect a lot of internal teams.
You will need to constantly challenge yourself and the team to invest in self-serve capabilities.
Being able to always have up to date information about our content, including proactive alerts for things we care about, is key to several internal teams' success - putting additional emphasis on your ability to prioritize requirements and coordinate dependencies across multiple parallel projects and time zones.The goal is to ensure that all program deliverables are the desired outcome to our organization.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives- Coordinate cross-project activities- Build a bridge between the business and the development group- Conduct all the relevant Agile ceremonies- Develop and control deadlines and activities- Strong leadership and management skills- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress; - Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; - Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; - Managing stakeholders'communication; - Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manager; and- Managing the main program documentation such as the program initiation document.- Resolve projects' higher scope issues- Capture KPIs and effectively communicate to stakeholders**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or a relevant field required- Typically requires 5-8 years' experience based on consistently demonstrated capabilities- Requires proven experience as a Program Manager or other project managerial position- Excellent communication skills- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, etc.)
