Come join us!What you'll be doing:Lead recruiting activities through to successful hire with a strong focus on direct, candidate identification and sourcing of talent.Lead strategic sourcing strategy to ensure quality outcomes and timely delivery.Maintain and evolve your knowledge of external trends in recruiting to drive excellence in your approach, and proactively drive towards innovation and continuous improvement.Develop employer branding activation plan for your aligned team, and encourage innovative and engaging techniques that bring our employer brand to life.Find opportunities to automate selection processes and use AI to drive speed and efficiency.What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Previous experience in 360 recruiting within a global organization, preferably within healthcare, medical technology or pharmaceutical sector.History of leading concurrent hiring, resources, priorities and business partners.Build strong and consultative relationships and provide advice and mentor on standard methodologies.Shown success using and optimizing recruiting technologies (ATS and CRMs), direct sourcing tools and techniques.Accountable for effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage with internal and external talent.Proactively use market intelligence and recruiting insights
