Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Sr Recruiter will be responsible for hiring efforts for key positions across US/Canada region.This may include corporate roles and some plant admin positions at Sr. levels. The team works as advisors about the internal and external talent labor markets to the business and HR teams. We're a forward-looking team, leaning on relationships and fueled by data and by influencing hires with quality, diversity, speed, and cost.What we are looking for.- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in recruiting experience with support for North America highly preferred- Experience building pipelining and head-hunting for technical roles- Experience generating performance KPIs- Capable to work on a global environment with constant communication with support areas.- Strong business and hiring acumen and familiarity with US laws related to interviewing and hiring people.- Ability to work independently.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.About Clarios:Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
