Sr Tax Analyst

The Tax Analyst prepares and files tax returns, ensuring that they are in compliance with local regulations. This role collects and prepares tax data, reviewing returns, performing tax research, and maintaining records.General ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file tax returns and review the documents for accuracyMaintain and reconcile all tax general ledger accounts and evaluate all account balances and prepare all tax returns and schedule for same and perform regular audits on all tax returnsPrepare required paperwork and ensure accuracyAnalyze all accounting and tax information and ensure compliance with all regulationsRecommend improvements and prepare financial statements for all income tax detailsAdminister and ensure compliance to all monthly activitiesStay up to date on all tax laws and changesPrepare journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations as neededFollow the company's chart of accounts user guidelinesDevelop an income tax and cash tax forecastExperience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E., Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experienceMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentationStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrityHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standardsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers#J-18808-Ljbffr
