.**Job Summary**The Sr Technical Engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of the training strategy for the maintenance and engineering staff. Support to all the facilities and projects during the execution, implementation, and operation stages to assure the accomplish the organization objectives. Main responsible from engineering to create all job procedures.**Essential Functions**- Responsible for safety goals withing the engineering and maintenance departments.- Ensure and support SQF compliance and goals.- Works closely with cross-functional teams and OEM's to develop efficient and effective methods to support accurate and timely value driven training and technical business solutions for both short term and longer-term strategies.- Coordinate across teams to manage list of all active or conceptual projects and evaluate the viability and feasibility of them.- Works with corporate engineering to evaluate local CapEx projects and initiatives.- Develop standard practice and process for MFF organization.- Establish and enforce engineering policies, procedures and standards align with corporate engineering.- Ensures project implementation and communication between all stakeholders.- Ensure the training program execution for maintenance, engineering and operations team.- Initiates, develops, and maintains relationships with suppliers and other external collaborators or contributors.- Creates and develops talent within the engineering and maintenance teams.**Education and Certifications**Bachelor's Degree Mechanical, Electrical or any related discipline of engineering, or the equivalent in combined education and considerable experience in similar field may be considered equivalent.- Six Sigma knowledge- Lean manufacturing.- TPM/WCM or any equivalent methodology**Core competencies****Technical Skills**- Experience in high-speed assembly, manufacturing, beverage, or food industry- Experience in process engineering, doesn't care the area.- Experience leading training for engineers, technicians & operators.- Experience leading engineering projects.- AutoCAD familiarity and experience.- Microsoft Office Products high comfort level is a must, including Excel and Project.- Statistics software experience.- Bilingual (English/Spanish).**Soft Skills**- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple projects/priorities to meet specific goals & deadlines.- Ability to build strong, positive rapport with associates in a team environment; ability to lead throughpersonal- Highly organized and process oriented Experience with risk assessment, management, and contingency planning.- Highly motivated and self-driven professional.- Advanced data analysis capabilities including an understanding of statistics.- Ability to build strong, positive rapport with associates in a team environment.- Highly motivated and self-driven professional.- Oral and written communication.- Problem Solving
