**Role at a Glance**:We are seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to oversee stability and platform improvements for our B2B Payments products.
In this role, you will work with our most valuable assets: existing customer to understand how they are using our product and what can be improved.
We are looking for a highly communicative leader who uses data and engineering instincts to find ways to improve our product and deliver value for our customers.
This role is expected to work closely with engineering, operations and support to identify patterns and create a vision for how to scale our technology and infrastructure to support our growth ambitions.
**Responsibilities**:- Reduce direct comms between Operations and Engineering owns follow-ups and customer outcomes by delivering product-led solutions.- Identify patterns and proactive opportunities to improve product stability.- Lead product definition for scaling team initiatives - partners with Engineering, giving feedback on architecture decisions and helping clarify points of diminishing return.
**Qualifications**:- Strong Product manager experience.- Technical background (CS degree and/or experience as an SDE or TPM before transitioning to PM).- Strong and proactive communicator.- Thrives in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ambiguity
