Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- 6 - 10+ years of experience delivering technical products and projects in a highly technical environment.
- Preferred experience with supporting Ops programs.
- Good understanding of the ITIL framework and how software is operated at scale.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Technical program management experience over multiple release cycles or lifecycles for enterprise products or services.
- Comfortable presenting to large internal groups and leadership team members.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects and programs that may include both Software and Hardware components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, developers, operations, customer support, region build and quality assurance, to drive project execution and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Support and navigate complex regulatory and compliance requirements related to regional infrastructure deployment.
- Develop and maintain, Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget if needed. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. That includes defining milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies and deliver iteratively.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful completion of programs. Implement appropriate contingency plans and monitor program performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders.
- Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
