.Available to anyone in Latin America and the Caribbean, excluding Cuba and Venezuela.- Get paid in the currency of your choosing (USD, MXN, R$, COP...).We are seeking an **Senior Technical Project Manager** for a US based tech unicorn.**Responsibilities Include**: Responsible for the management of the entire development cycle from definition/scope through implementation.Perform all program management activities for each project: planning, identify key resources and stakeholders, facilitate estimate and schedule planning, drive project milestones, lead kickoff and weekly meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, document outcomes, follow through on project retrospectives, etc.Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; communicate and collaborate across CSM, engineering, and product on decision and resolutionUncover and manage interdependencies and impacts across projects and teams during discovery / planning / scoping; coordinate execution alignment and cross-project issue escalationMonitor project progress continuously and own execution reporting to keep all team members accountable, and all key stakeholders informed.Recommend re-prioritisation and/or re-sequencing to accommodate delivery project workload in accordance with resource availability and roadmap changes; facility with critical path analysisManage through influence, often without direct management authority, sometimes navigating divergent expectationsTroubleshoot and solve technical and business-related implementation problems in real-time, and assign to other team members or escalate as appropriateProvide thought leadership when addressing technical customer challenges and/or program execution hurdles.
