This position will focus on hiring technical talent and will partner closely with our local engineering teams. The role will involve sourcing and closing talent while building defined hiring strategies and robust pipelines. It will be important to be able to operate with efficiency within our TA systems, following all processes/policies and compliance regulations while being a source of knowledge for the team on hiring in the hiring market. A deep understanding of the technical talent market is critical as are strong skills in sourcing and closing Senior level technical talent.WHAT YOU'LL DO Source technical talent from a variety of tools with a strong emphasis on both quality and quantityBuild repeatable and strong candidate pipelines of technical talent (primarily focused on engineering) for several positions concurrentlyDefine hiring strategy for both individual roles and the regionPartner closely with technical leadership to provide updates and strategyOrganize hiring and networking events for talent as neededProvide an exceptional candidate experience for external talent and a high level of customer service for internal stakeholdersSuccessfully close and onboard talent to EarnInWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive Engineering candidatesSignificant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategiesFluency in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (IE, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc
